氧化物掺杂对Ba(Ti,Sn)O_3系列高介材料的改性

摘要 采用草酸液相共沉淀法,制得了粒径为0.08~0.14μm的BaTiO_3和BaSnO_3超细、高纯和高活性粉料。并以所制超细粉为基本原料,按Ba(Ti,Sn)O_3固溶体为基体,添加Dy_2O_3、Nb_2O_s和ZnO,利用添加物的移峰、展宽和抑制晶粒长大等效应,得到了一系列在工作温区内介电常数高ε=10370、损耗低tanδ=1.24%、抗电强度高E=2.8kV/mm、温度稳定性好、晶粒尺寸小的材料。并对瓷件的组成、结构与性能的关系作了讨论。 The ultrafine active BaTiO_3 and BaSnO_3 powders were made by using liquid coprecipitation method with oxalic acid. After Dy_2O_3, Nb_2O_5 and ZnO were added into the Ba(Ti,Sn)O_3 basis, the dielectric ceramics with high ε(ε=10370), low tanδ (tanδ=1.24%) and low temperature coefficient of ε were obtained. This could be explained by peak shifting, broadening, lifting and grain size inhibition effects. The results show that the dielectric properties of the ceramics as mentioned above were better than those made with common raw materials. The relation of composition, structure and property was also discussed.
