摘要
用胺化木素(EM-2-3)乳化剂对胜利100~#乙道路沥青(Ⅰ)、上炼大庆55~#建筑沥青(Ⅱ)进行乳化效果的考察。结果表明,EM-2-3对Ⅰ和Ⅱ均能乳化,对Ⅰ的乳化稳定性优于Ⅱ。研究了稳定剂的存在对乳液贮存稳定性的影响。发现氯化铵适用于Ⅰ乳液,而聚乙烯醇则适用于Ⅱ乳液。
Emulsifying effect of ammoniated xylogen EM-2-3 synthesized in our laboratory on Shengli 100 road asphalt (Ⅰ) and Daqing 55 architectural asphalt (Ⅱ) was investigated. It has been indicated that EM-2-3 emulsifier can emulsify both Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Concerning the emulsion stability, the emulsifying effect on Ⅰ is better than on Ⅱ. The effect of stabilizer on store stability of the emulsion was studied and it has been found that ammonium chloride is suitable for Ⅰ and polyvinyl alcohol for Ⅱ.
