Demonstration and experimental unit work of cleaning production on PVC by calcium carbide process were summaried. Several process flow path, its execution status and results were introduced. Such as reclaimation of carbide slag clear liquor, circulating usage of cooling water in acetylene water ring aspirator, drain water circulating usage under water tower, and fractional tail gas by PVC, et al.
