摘要
红霉素A硫氰酸盐与盐酸羟胺缩合成红霉素A-9-肟,在相转移催化下与甲氧乙氧氯甲醚成肟醚得罗红霉素。
Roxithromycin was synthesized from erythromycin A thiocyanic acid salt through erythro mycin A O oxime with 2 methoxyethoxymethyl chloride (MEM chloride) by phase transfer catalyst TBAB. This method provided with low costs and a moderate reaction condition, and was suitable for mass production.
