摘要 目的分析鲍氏不动杆菌的质粒谱和耐药谱,找出它们的耐药基因位点。方法K-B法检测35株鲍氏不动杆菌对21种抗生素的药敏情况,采用经典的碱裂解法和SDS裂解法抽提质粒,高温高浓度SDS双重处理交替培养法和SDS法消除质粒。结果35株鲍氏不动杆菌对常用的抗生素大多耐药,它们具有5种质粒谱,其中大多数为型。质粒消除后仅有7株菌对若干种抗生素敏感性得到恢复,其余无变化。结论本地区的鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药基因大多不在质粒上。 Objective To analyze the plasmid and resistant spectra and the location of the resistance gene of Acinetobacter baumannii . Methods Susceptibilities of 35 Acinetobacter baumannii isolates against to 21 antibiotics were determined by KB methods. The plasmids were extracted by classic alkaline and SDS lysis technique. Meanwhile plasmids were eliminated by high temperature and high concentration of SDS alternative culture method and SDS technique. Results Thirty five isolates were resistant to most of commonly used antibiotics . Five types of plasmid spectra were determined, most of which were type Ⅱ. After plasmids having been eliminated, susceptibility recovery to antibiotics occurred in 7 isolates. There was no change in others. Conclusion Resistance genes in most Acinetobacter baumannii were not located on plasmids in the studied area.
