摘要
目的观察五倍子提取物对溶血葡萄球菌等凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性。方法采用新的中药抑菌实验方法对五倍子提取物进行100株溶血葡萄球菌等凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度MIC测定。结果五倍子提取物对57株耐甲氧西林的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和43株甲氧西林敏感的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的MIC50、MIC90分别为0.072、0.072和0.288、0.144mg/ml。结论五倍子提取物对100株凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌具有较强的抑菌力,说明五倍子是极具开发前景的抗感染中药。
Objective To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of Galla chinensis extract against coagulase negative staphylococci (CNS). Methods The antibacterial activity of Galla chinensis extract against 100 coagulase negative staphylococci ( S.heamolyticus , etc) was performed by using agar dilution method, and the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract was compared with the decoction preparation. Results The antibacterial efficiency of the ethanol extract against 100 CNS ( S.heamolyticus, S.lugdunensis , etc) was good, and the MIC 50 and MIC 90 of that against CNS (methicillin resistant) and CNS (methicillin sensitive) were 0 072 and 0 072mg/ml, 0 288 and 0 144mg/ml, respectively. Conclusion Galla chinensis extract had strong antibacterial activity against 100 coagulase negative staphylococci, which has the potential to be developed as an anti infective traditional Chinese Medicine formulations.
