摘要
采用功率密度 18mW/mm2 CO2 激光辐照萌动玉米种子 ,研究了其对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响。试验结果表明 ,不同时间CO2 激光辐照萌动的玉米种子对种子发芽率及其出土后幼苗生长发育状况及幼苗的生理生化代谢均有不同程度促进作用 ,其中 30s处理对幼苗影响不明显 ,6 0s和 90s处理对玉米幼苗都有显著的促进作用。
Using corn as the experiment material,in this experiment 18mW/mm 2 CO 2 laser radiates corn grain so as to test the effect radiation on the corn seed development.The results show that this treatment produces positive effect on corn grain germination,its further development within 15d after germination and physiological metabolism.30s treatment has no obvious effect.60s and 90s treatment can have a significant effect on the development of corn seedling.
