教师专业化是教师教育改革的一面旗帜,教师教育并不能取代师范教育;师范教育专业化是教师专业发展的必然要求,师范院校在教师教育中的主体地位不能随意改变;高师院校在培养目标、培养模式、课程设置、教育环境、制度保障、办学模式等方面的改革,必须以促进教师专业化发展为方向。

Specialization of teaching profession is a banner in the teachers' education reform.Teachers' education can't replace pedagogical education.The specialization of pedagogical education is a necessity in the teaching professional development.The main body of teachers' college can't be easily changed in teachers' education.The reform of teachers' college in educational aim,mode, course design,educational environment,system and scale will take the lead for the development of teaching profession.
