摘要
随着全球化的加速发展,我国市场化取向改革的不断深化,高等教育大众化的启动,社会各方面发生了深刻的变化。旧的高校管理模式已不能适应变化了的"境域"。本文试图采用"秩序与价值"一体的思考方法,对高校管理进行形上思考,以"秩序与价值"对其模式从价值与制度组织层面重构,以塑造高校管理制度文明,从而获得大学生这一管理客体的认同,强化管理主体的"合法性"。
With the quick development of globalization,during the process of buliding the well-off society in an All-round way and the reform of market economy,political civilization and procedure has been commenced.Higher education has been popular,great changes have been taken place in china.So the power of old management is limited.Old management style can not keep up with the development of times.It should be reshaped.Macro-narration method has been adopted to integrate rule and value and reshape the university management style,in order to get the agreement of the university students and strengthen the legitimacy of management.
