摘要
回顾国内外关于应对方式的研究,总结应对方式与性别、年龄和年级、应激源以及人格特点的关系,分析应对方式对抑郁症状、焦虑情绪和其他心理健康指标的影响,能为心理健康教育提供依据,并根据相关因素,探索如何进行应对方式教育,以提高中学生的心理健康水平。
The article reviews the domestic and foreign researches about the coping style,and summarizes the relationship between the style and gender,age and grade,stress and personality traits.The influence of it to depress symptom,anxiety emotion and other standards of mental health.The article aims to provide support for mental health education.It explores how to carry through the coping style education,according to the correlated factors.Thus,the mental health of the middle school students can be improved.
