摘要 模型系统由二维稳态和动态水质模拟、氮磷循环模拟、环境容量计算和规划优化程序组成,具有适用面宽和通用性强的特点。通过三组水质变量对淀山湖水质保护进行综合研究,包括淀山湖模型参数的标定,灵敏度分析和验证,淀山湖水质变化趋势和不同水质目标约束下主要污染物允许排放量的多方案比较,据此提出优化控制方案。 The water quality simulation and planning model for Dianshan Lake was developed, consisting of a series of subroutines for two-dimensional steady-or dynamic-state water quality simulation, nitrogen-phosphorus cycle simulation, environmental capacity calculation and optimum planning. A comprehensive study has been taken, using three groups of water quality variables in Dianshan Lake. It includes the calibration of model parameters, sensitivity analysis and verification, the tendency on water quality in the lake and the comparison for several schemes of the allowable discharge loadings to meet different objectives of water quality. An optimum control plan was proposed to be the strategic decision making.
