摘要
针对乙烯精馏塔建立了基于产生式规则的节能控制专家系统。阐明了该专家系统的结构与设计思想,并基于乙烯塔节能模型的特征,提出了一系列功能块,如:知识的获取,知识的表达以及数据库的建立等。仿真研究表明,该专家系统能简单、有效、可靠地应用。
An expert system of energy conserving control on production ruless is established for ethylene column. The expert system structure and its design thought are illustrated. Based on the model charater of ethylene column, a series of functional blocks are proposed, for example, knowledge aquisition, knowledge representation and data base establishment and so on. Simulation studies show that the expert system is easy, effective and reliables to use.
