摘要
教育评价分为终结性评价和形成性评价,正确运用教育评价对提高教育质量起着至关重要的作用。本文分析了终结性评价的弊端,以及形成性评价的特点对于大学英语教学的促进作用,并介绍了形成性评价的手段,地方院校有着特殊的生源、师资和教学条件,因而对于正在进行的大学英语教学改革有一定的借鉴作用。
Summative evaluation and formative evaluation are two kinds of education evaluation and the correct use of it is of vital importance to improve education quality.This paper analyses the disadvantages of summative evaluation and advantages of formative evaluation to college English teaching and introduces us the means of the latter one.Local schools have students,teachers and teaching facilities of their specific characteristics,thus it can be used to a certain extent for reference by the college English teaching reform.
