摘要
采用线性化的轮胎模型建立跨坐式独轨车辆的动力学方程。模型考虑走行轮的径向刚度、侧偏效应和纵向滑转,对导向轮和稳定轮则考虑其径向刚度和侧偏效应。用面向对象的建模方法,应用MATLAB/Simulink软件,编制跨坐式独轨车辆动力学图形化仿真程序。通过仿真分析跨坐式独轨车辆通过曲线和轨道梁错接头时的响应特性表明,导向轮胎和稳定轮胎的预压力大小对跨坐式独轨车辆的稳定性、安全性以及平稳性等有着重要的影响。讨论确定导向轮和稳定轮合理的预压力的方法,给出初始加紧力具体数值。
The dynamic equation of straddle type monorail is established by adopting linearized tire model. The model takes into account the radial rigidity, side leaning effect and longitudinal slide turning of the running tire, and the radial rigidity and side leaning effect of the steering tire and stabilizing tire. By means of object-oriented modeling method and MATLAB/Simulink software, the graphical dynamics simulation model for a straddle type monorail car is worked out. By simulation analysis, the negotiation curve of the straddle type monorail car and the response characteristics of the track girder on the joint are studied. The simulation indicates that the magnitude of pre-pressure of the steering tire and stabilizing tire has great influence on the stability, safety and ride comfort of the straddle type monorail car. The method for determining reasonable pre-pressure for steering tire and stabilizing tire is discussed and the specific value of initial press force is given.
