摘要
钢轨疲劳重伤是给定失效准则下的疲劳失效,它的失效概率服从威布尔分布。钢轨疲劳重伤累积失效率不大于10根·km-1时,与累计通过总重服从幂函数关系。计算表明,其误差不超过5 4%,满足工程统计预测的要求。分析钢轨疲劳寿命的影响因素,认为在考察钢轨疲劳寿命时,仅统计分析直线钢轨的疲劳重伤和折断是适宜的。统计分析4个区段钢轨疲劳重伤规律,统计数据与理论分布规律较好吻合。
Severe rail fatigue defects are fatigue failures under certain failure criteria, and their failure rates follow the Weibull distribution. However, when the severe rail fatigue defect rates are no more than 10 failures per kilometer, they can be well expressed with power relation with accumulated pass tonnages. Calculation demonstrates that the error is no more than 5.4%, which is agreeable in engineering. After analyzing the affecting factors of rail fatigue failures, it has been concluded that it is adequate just to take the fatigue failures and the fractures of straight line rail into consideration in investigating the fatigue life of the rail. Four examples of statistics and predictions suggest that real data agree well with theoretical rules.
