摘要
研究了低结晶温度(过冷度>20℃),淬火介质对聚乙烯球晶形态的影响。结果表明,结晶温度在0~115℃时,可以生成环状条纹球晶,环间距随温度而异。某一温度下,淬火介质的热导率影响环状条纹球晶的形态。并就环状条纹球晶的形成机理提出见解。
The effects of lower crystallization temperature and quenching medium on the formation of ringed spherulites and ring spacing in polyethylene wete studied by Depolarized Light Intensity and Polarized Light Microscopy. When the samples were crystallized at a predetermined temperature, ringed spherulites were formed over a wide range of temperature (0~115℃). The ring spacing of polyethylene varies with crystallization temperature and it is the biggest at 80℃. The ringed spherulites were only formed as the samples queneched in the liquid media which thermal conductivity is less than 0.553 W/m.K at 0℃. The causes for the formation of ring spherulite were explained.
