应激障碍的危险因素分析

Risk factors for stress disorder

目的 :探讨应激障碍患者的危险因素。 方法 :对 4 3例应激障碍者 (患者组 )及对照组 4 4名创伤幸存者 ,使用自编《应激状况调查表》进行流行病学调查。 结果 :患者组和对照组在研究所涉及的 11项影响因素中 ,有 8项存在显著差异。 结论 :多种因素可影响个体对应激的反应 。

Objective:To explore the risk factors associated with stress disorder. Method:Forty-three patients with stress disorder and forty-four survivors from trauma were investigated with self-editor questionnaire for stress. Results:Among the 11 items examined,significant associations were found in 8 risk factors between patients and controls. Conclusion:It is demonstrated that many factors have much impact on individual's response to stress,including pre-trauma predispostiton and after-trauma supports.
