摘要
采用有限凝聚法合成发泡微胶囊,并将其用于棉织物的发泡植绒.通过对发泡植绒涂层的工艺探讨,找出了较为适宜的发泡涂层工艺条件,同时赋予植绒棉织物以优良的隔热、隔音及外观效果.
The foaming microcapsules were synthesized by limited polymerization and used for foaming flocking of cotton fabrics. Quite suitable foaming coating procedure was found through the technology approach of the foaming flock coating. The flocked cotton fabrics were given the excellent thermal and sound isolations and appearance results.
