β-环糊精在涤棉织物分散/活性染料一浴一步法中的应用

Application of β-cyclodextrin in disperse-reactive dyeing of polyester-cotton fabrics with one-bath one-stage process

克服涤棉织物在分散/活性染料一浴一步法染色中经常出现的色花现象.采用专用碱剂及β-环糊精作助剂,能提高染色的匀染性、色牢度.通过染化料等的选择,优选出适合弱碱性浴染色工艺用ERD系列分散染料2%,owf及KE型活性染料2%,owf弱碱性一浴一步法染色,染浴pH=9,电解质Na2SO4,染色温度125℃,β-环糊精2g/L.

In order to overcome the unevenness often occurring in the disperse-reactive dyeing of polyester-cotton fabrics with one-bath process, a special basic agent and β-cyclodextrin were used as auxiliaries to increase the dye evenness and fastness. A procedure suitable for weakly basic dyeing baths was chosen through the selection of the dyes and auxiliaries: weakly basic one-bath dyeing with ERD series disperse dyes at 2%,owf, and KE-type reactive dyes at 2%,owf, at bath pH 9 and dyeing temperature 125 ℃ using Na2SO4 as electrolyte and 2 g/L of β-cyclodextrin.
