摘要
采用固定化酶热敏装置,对青霉素的浓度进行测量,此法适合于在线分析和控制。还研究了此酶反应的动力学,获得了固定化管式酶反应器的动力学参数。
This determination method is goud at on-line measurement and control. The kinetics of enzyme reaction was studied, and the kinetic parameters were obtained in an immobilized tubluar enzyme reactor.
