大型氨厂炭黑回收过程数学模拟

摘要 对300 kt合成氨厂炭黑回收系统进行了过程分析,建立了单元设备物料和热量衡算的数学模型,提出了对石脑油气提塔进行逐板计算的简化模型。运用序贯模块法对该系统进行了稳态模拟;计算了灰分在系统中的分配,并在微量组分分析的基础上,计算了液相pH值。结果同设计值和工厂测定值吻合较好。 A process analysis has been made for soot recovery system of large scale ammonia plant. Mathematical models have been set up for calculating the material and heat balance of the system, and a model has been suggested for calculating the naphtha stripping tower plate by plate. On this basis, steady state simulation for the system has been made by sequential modular approach. The ash distribution in the system and the pH of the liquid phase have also been calculated. The results agree well with design values and values from plant.
