摘要
在反应温度70℃、反应时间8~12h条件下,以硫酸铝、氢氧化钙等物质为原料合成了聚合硫酸铝(PAS),碱化度为45%,含铝量为11%(以Al_2O_3计),pH值为4.5。经加入有机酸作为稳定剂,PAS具有很好的稳定性。经红外光谱,^(27)Al核磁共振谱及X-射线衍射分析,PAS为不同聚合度的铝羟基配合物,具有较好絮凝性能,尤其具有较好的低温、脱色、去氟和去高浊度的性能,出水可过滤性强。
Polyaluminium sulfate (PAS) was prepared from Al_2(SO_4)_2 and Ca(OH)_2 (?)t temperature of 70℃ and with reaction time of 8~12h. The product PAS has basicity 45%, aluminium content 11% (as Al_2O_3) and pH4.5. By adding organic acid into PAS as stabilizer, it possesses good stability. The structure, of PAS was studied by IR, NMR and X-ray diffraction techniques. The results indicate that PAS is composed of hydrolysed aluminium complexes of eifferent degrees of polymerization. Sulfate ions improve PAS polymerization. PAS shows good performances in low temperature water treatment as flocculant with high removal efficiencies of colored matter, fluorides and turbility. The effluent treated by PAS has low residual aluminium content and high filtration performance.
