一种用于尼龙-6制品的新型阻燃剂的合成

Synthesis of A New Kind of Oil-Soluble Flame Retardant in the Production of Nylon-6

针对当今尼龙-6制品中所用的水溶性氮—磷阻燃剂存在的易溶于水,阻燃效果不佳的现状,提出了通过加料顺序的改变改水溶性阻燃剂为油溶性阻燃剂。实践证明,这种新型阻燃剂具有用量少,价格便宜,阻燃效果好等优点,是一种极具推广应用前景的新型阻燃剂。

Aiming at the fact that the water-soluble flame retardant in the product of nylon-6 is easily dissolved in water,but in the inflaming retarding effect isn't good,the method that the water-soluble flame retardants are changed into the oil-soluble ones is offered.The advantages of the new flame retardant has been proved,which are the less amount,the lower price and the perfect effect of inflaming retarding.
