摘要
目的 对毛细管电泳叠加对比法的原理和误差理论进行探索。方法 以相对峰面积为定量指标,利用全微分原理进行误差分析,并以极值误差理论对方法进行误差预测。结果 当叠加样品相对峰面积增大3~10倍时,结果的相对误差较小,在实验的设计上也比较容易实现;样品相对峰面积的相对误差和称量叠加对照品的相对误差是决定结果误差的主要因素;若称量误差<0.5%,相对峰面积的测定误差在1%以内,则分析结果的相对误差<2%,其极值相对误差<3.5%。结论 毛细管电泳叠加对比法是一种简便、准确的定量方法。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the errors in the addition and correction method in capillary electrophoresis (CE). METHODS As the relative area was chosen as a parameter, the errors in the method were analyzed, and the maxium error of the method was predicted mathematically. RESULTS When the relative area of sample added standard increased from 3 times to 10 times, the results had few errors. The relative error of both the relative area of the sample and the error resulted from weighting standard added were the main errors. If the weighting error was less than 0. 5% and the error of the relative area was less than 1%, the error of result must be less than 2%, and its maxium error was less than 3. 5%. CONCLUSIONS It is possible to use the quantitative method of CE in practice, especially when loading an indefinite injection volume in a run. All the rules are suit able for the quantitative analyses of Gas Chromatography and High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
