党的十六大提出走新型工业化道路,以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化.东北老工业基地振兴也要走新型工业化道路,高职在培养高级应用型人才方面有独特优势,需要加强管理,充分发挥其作用.
The development of Dongbei old industrial base should realize the new industrialization.Higher vocational education should strenthen its management to play its role fally in training higher practical talents.
