Nowadays,the opinion that China will take the place of Japan as the new 'World Factory' spreads widely.Based on large amount of information about 'World Factory',author analyze the gap between China and 'World Factory',forecast the development trend of Chinese economy.After that,author emphasize several key problems during the developing progress of Chinese secondary vocational school.
