我国农村职业教育发展中的问题与解决思路

当前,我国农村职业教育存在许多问题,突出表现为六大矛盾,即:农村经济和社会发展的强劲需求与农村职业教育发展滞后的矛盾;教育协调发展的要求与农村高中阶段教育普职失衡的矛盾;农业人力资源匮乏与农业类专业严重萎缩的矛盾;市场竞争与农村职业学校适应能力不强的矛盾;农村居民收入低与接受农村职业教育成本高及升学、就业机会少的矛盾;农村人口对职业教育的多样化需要与农村职业教育体系不完善的矛盾等.要改变农村职业教育的现状,促进其健康发展,必须实现指导思想、服务理念、管理体制、运行机制、服务方式等五个方面的创新.

At present,there are many problems in rural vocational education,such as the contradiction between the urge demand of rural economic and social development and the limited supply of rural vocational education,etc.We should realize the tactical innovation of rural vocational education under the view of scientific development.
