摘要
利用微波网络理论分析了阶梯阻抗谐振器(SIR)平行耦合线带通滤波器的结构,给出了此类带通滤波器的设计实例,并结合射频和微波电路CAD软件——AngilentADS2000对其参数进行了仿真优化。利用CAD仿真优化大大地提高了设计的灵活性和准确性。仿真结果表明,所设计的SIR滤波器的性能与理论值相一致,能够满足工程设计的要求。
The microwave network theory is used for analyzing the structure of stepped impedance resonator filters that use parallel-coupled micro strip. The design examples of this kind of band-pass filters are given, and their parameters are simulated and optimized using Angilent ADS 2000, a RF and microwave circuit CAD software. Through simulation and optimization using CAD, the flexibility and accuracy of the design are enhanced significantly. The simulation results indicate that the performance of the designed filters is in agreement with the theoretical prediction, and can meet the requirements in engineering design.
