钢制压力容器与管道腐蚀裕量的可靠性设计 被引量:2

摘要 从分析介质和环境对钢材的最大腐蚀深度入手,应用可靠性设计方法,通过数学模型、参数估计,建立了腐蚀裕量与腐蚀速率及变异系数、设计年限、可靠度之间的定量关系,得到了确定腐蚀裕量的计算公式,并列举了实际算例。结果表明,钢制压力容器与压力管道的最大腐蚀深度属于Ⅰ型极大值分布。 Starting from the maximal corrosion depth of steel due to medium and environment, using the reliability design method, through the mathematic model, parameter evaluation, the quantative relation among the corrosion allowance, corrosion rate, coefficient of variation, durable years and reliability was established, calculating formula determining the corrosion allowance was obtained and the actual calculating example was listed. The result indicates that the maxim corrosive depth of steel pressure vessel and pressure piping belongs to type maximum distribution.
