摘要
介绍了原锅炉给水预热器基本结构及存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因及对系统的影响,提出了整改方案,总结了改造效果。结果表明,改造后出口水温提高14℃,蒸汽增产3.5～5t/h,每年可节约能耗费用280万元。
The basic structure and existing problems of the original boiler feed water preheater were introduced, the caused reason and the influence on system were analyzed, the reformation scheme was proposed and the reformation result was summarized. The result indicates that after reformation at same condition, the outlet water temperature can be increased by 14 ℃, the steam output can be increased by 3.5～5 t/h, the power cost can be saved annually by 2800000 yuan RMB only by this one item.
