Long Effective Urea and Long Effective Urea Base Compounded & Mixed Fertilizer

介绍了我国混配型尿素添加剂的长效尿素生产工艺和生产方法。论述了脲酶抑制剂、硝化抑制剂的作用和混配型添加剂的制备方法,分析了长效尿素比普通尿素在理化特性方面的改进,从提高氮素利用率和增产方面总结了长效尿素的使用效果。介绍了以长效尿素为基础氮肥的长效尿基复混肥料的生产方法、使用效果和环境效益。

Author introduced the 1ong effective urea production process and production method with an additive for mixed/prepared type of urea in China. He discussed the function of urea enzyme inhibitor and nitrification inhibitor as well as the preparing method of mixed/prepared type additive, the improvement was analyzed from aspects of physical & chemical properties of long effective area comparing with common urea, the applicable effect of long effective urea was summarized from aspects of elevating the nitrogen element utilization rate and production increasement. The production method, application effect and environment benefit were introduced for long effective urea base compounded and mixed fertilizer taking the long effective urea as a basis.
