摘要
简述了S-1浸润剂的研制过程,从3方面对其应用性能进行研究。试验表明:选用合适的原料配制的浸润剂可以从根本上消除原丝浸润剂的迁移性;浸润剂固含量的控制也可以很好地控制原丝的含油率,从而改善原丝的浸透性;通过添加适量的表面活性剂改善其拉丝作业稳定性,使原丝筒成型良好,还可以大大提高原丝的分束率。
Development of S-a size and its applied properties studied through three ways were introduced in this article, through which several conclusive remarks can be obtained. The first, choice of size formulated from suitable raw materials can nearly eliminate migration of strand size. The second, control of solid content of size can finely control size loading of strand, and then impregnability of strand is improved. Finally, using quantity of surfactant can improve the stability of drawing operation, then good formability of cake of strand can thus be got and percentage of substrand is greatly improved.
