摘要
简述压力容器用锆材优异的耐腐蚀性能,分析锆/钢复合板的爆炸复合固体焊接技术与特性,提出质量控制要点,对其在化工设备中的应用进行简要介绍。
Zirconium presents outstanding resistance to a range of corrosive media, so that its application in chemical equipment is increasing. Explosive cladding is a kind of solid welding technology, providing reliable procedure for the manufacturing of zirconium/carbon steel clad plate. In this article, zirconium material for pressure vessel and analysis the forming theory as well as technical feature of zirconium/steel clad plate were introduced, in which the key point for quality control and application was analyzed.
