摘要 在研究硝酸铵的爆炸性与热稳定性有密切关系的基础上 ,通过加入钝化剂来消除硝酸铵的爆炸性且要求能达到不可还原之目的。大量的实验及不同的测试技术结果表明 ,改性后的硝酸铵的热稳定性提高是消除其爆炸性的根本原因。该改性方案具有技术稳妥可靠、产品能适应市场需求、投资少、见效快、改造期间不影响硝酸铵装置的正常生产、经济效益和社会效益、环境效益好等特点。 On the basis of studying the close relation of the explosivity of ammonium nitrate with its thermal stability, the addition of a passivator is used to eliminate its explosivity and required to attain the aim of irreducibility. The results from a large number of experiments and various testing technologies show that the improvement on the thermal stability of modified ammonium nitrate is the root cause for the elimination of its explosivity. This scheme of modification has the characteristics of a safe and reliable technology, a product adaptable to market demand, low investment, quick effect, the normal operation of the ammonium nitrate unit not affected during retrofit, and good economic, social and environmental benefits.
