摘要 介绍了二室一塔水吸法吸收磷铵氟气副产氟硅酸钠的工艺流程及生产原理、主要设备、工艺指标的控制及经济效益分析。装置投入运行 1年来 ,取得了较好的环境效益和经济效益 ,使氟气总吸收率达 99%以上 ,并可副产氟硅酸钠 ,其产品质量达一级品标准。 A description is given of the principle of absorption of fluorine from ammonium phosphate production by water in two chambers and one tower to give byproduct sodium fluorosilicate, the process flow, main pieces of equipment, control of process indicators, and production method. The unit has run for one year with good environmental and economic benefits, and the byproduct sodium fluorosilicate reaches the first-class product standard in quality.
