摘要
文章讨论了由突发公共卫生事件引发的对全球化的反思及其应对措施。透过全球化的两重性 ,提示我们应以人为本 ,转变政府职能 ,建设现代公共服务型政府 ,建立全球协作与交流机制 ,应对全球化挑战。
Lessons for the globalization learned from the public health emergency and corresponding countermeasures were discussed in the paper. It was recommended from the dual nature of globalization that we should transform the function of government and construct the modern public service government based on people-centered. We also should set up the mechanism of global cooperation and exchange so as to respond to the globalization challenge.
