在德国针灸治抑郁症128例疗效观察

Observation of clinical therapeutic effect on 128 cases of depression treated with acupuncutre in germany

目的 :以“太冲、丘墟、间使、神门、人中。”为主穴 ,应用辨证施治以观察针刺治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 :应用毫针并施以相应的针刺手法治疗不同证型抑郁症患者 12 8例。结果 :针刺治疗抑郁症的总有效率为 91.4 1%。针刺治疗肝郁气滞型和气郁化火型—“实证”的总有效率为 95 .5 9% ,治疗心脾两虚型、忧郁伤神型和阴虚火旺型—“虚证”的总有效率为 86 .6 7%。结论 :针刺对抑郁症有肯定的治疗作用。

Purpose:According to the principal of diagnosis and treatment on the basis of an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition,we selected the main points,such as Taichong(LR 3),Qiuxu(GB 40),Jianshi(PC 5),Shenmen(HT 7) and Renzhong(GV 26) to observe clinical therapeutic effect on depression.Methods:128 cases of different types of depression were treated with acupuncture by respective manipulation.Results:The total effective rate of acupuncture-therapy on 128 cases of depression was 91.41%.For those who belong to excessive syndrome and deficiency syndrome,the total therapeutic effective rate were 95.59% and 86.67% respectively.Conclusion:Acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on depression.
