以土豆泥、胡萝卜浆、糯米粉等为主要原料,经一定配比并采用速冻方法制得营养丰富、风味独特的速冻土豆饼。文中介绍了产品的配料、工艺流程和操作要点。
A special favoured quick-frozen potato pancake with rich nutrition has been developed. (Potato) mesh, carrot paste, and ground glutinous rice were used as raw materials, compounded (specially) and frozen quickly. The ingredients, technological process and important points in operation are presented.
