摘要
介绍了OMRON机械手自动给料系统的设计及工作原理。基于PLC强大的逻辑功能和高可靠性,结合PC机丰富的软硬件资源,开发了可用上位PC机控制的自动给料系统,适应了当代工业自动化发展的需要。在PLC的编程中,采用了单周期操作和自动连续操作,具有掉电保护和两种操作间互相制约的保护,可以避免重复操作和误操作。本系统适合各种自动化机床的搬运动作,可以解放操作人员,工作效率显著提高,具有美好的推广前景。
The design and the principle of an automatic feeding system, the OMRON robot, are (introduced). Based on the powerful logic function and high reliability of the PLC, combined with the (abundant ) resources of hardware and software of the computer, an automatic feeding system is worked out. It can be operated by PC and meet the requirement of modern industry. In the programming of PLC, both single-cycle and continuous operations are adopted. To avoid repeated operation or error operation, a protecting system for power shut-off and mutual restriction of two sorts of operations has been included. The system can be widely used in the transport work of automatic machine tools. The operators can be set free and work more efficiently, and is promising in the future.
