对于烟草自动化物流系统的基本设计思想进行了介绍,详细论述了在总体工艺设计时所涉及的:①物料情况,包括使用的物料和相关的载体;②存储模式,主要有立体仓库、自动存储货柜、平库存储;③原料、辅料、成品和备件的入库和出库。对卷烟生产自动化物流系统总体工艺设计的基本流程和相关技术进行了介绍。

The basic design idea of automatic tobacco logistic system was introduced, and the aspects involved in overall technological design were discussed in detail, including: 1) materials, including materials to be used and related carriers; 2) storage modes, including high rack warehouse, automatic storing cabinet and planar storage; 3) depoting and retrieving of raw material, auxiliary materials, finished products and spare parts. The basic procedure and relative technologies of overall design of automatic logistic system in cigarette production were described, and it could be served as a reference for the logistic design and management personnels in the tobacco enterprises.
