心理护理对全麻患者术前血清皮质醇的影响

Effects of Psychological Nursing on Serum Cortisol in Patients before General Anesthesia

目的 评价心理护理对全麻患者术前血清皮质醇合成和分泌的影响。方法 选择 30例择期在全麻下行上腹部手术的患者 ,随机分为实验组 (A组 )和对照组 (B组 ) ,n =15。A组患者术前 2d进行两次心理护理 ,B组患者未进行心理护理。采用放射免疫分析技术测定患者进入手术室后麻醉前外周血血清皮质醇含量。结果 A组患者血清皮质醇含量明显低于B组 ,差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To evaluate the effects of psychological nursing for the synthesis and secretion of serum cortisol before general anesthesia. Methods 30 patients scheduled for general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups: experiment group (group A) and controll group (group B), n=15. In group A patients were treated with two times of psychological nursing two days before anesthesia compared with patients in group B. The blood samples of all patients were drawn from peripheral vein before anesthesia and the serum cortisol was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The serum cortisol in group A was lower than that in group B, and the difference was significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing could reduce the synthesis and secretion of Serum cortisol of patients before general anesthesia.
