摘要
介绍了对 醋酸基苯磺酸钠的合成及其对H2 O2 漂白的活化机理。采用对 醋酸基苯磺酸钠作为蔗渣浆H2 O2 漂白的活化剂 ,讨论了NaOH用量、温度、时间、活化剂用量及活化剂加入方式的影响。结果表明 :活化剂用量是最主要影响因素 ,其次是用碱量、温度和漂白时间。漂白的适宜条件为温度 55℃ ,NaOH用量 1 5 % ,活化剂用量 1g(对 2 0g绝干浆 ) ,时间 2h ,活化剂在漂白开始 90min后加入。实验证明 ,对 醋酸基苯磺酸钠对H2 O2
Synthesis of P-acetoxybenzenesulfonate sodium and its activation mechanism in H 2O 2-bleaching were introduced.In H 2O 2 bleaching of baggasse pulp with P-acetoxybenzenesulfonate sodium as activator,orthogonal experiment was designed and carried out with various factors: bleaching temperature,the amount of activator,bleaching time and NaOH charge.In addition,the adding method of the activator was also studied.The experiment results showed that the amount of activator was the primary affecting factor,the next was in order of NaOH charge,bleaching temperature and time.The optimal conditions of bleaching were temperature 55℃,time 120min,the amount of activator 5% (weight,based on oven dried pulp),NaOH charge 1.5%.The activator was added when the bleaching was conducted for 90 min.A brightness of 67.2%ISO could be obtained under the conditions.Compared to the conventional H 2O 2-bleaching process,the brightness of the pulp increased 4.2 points,the bleaching temperature decreased 25℃,and the time shortened 30 min.The experiment indicated that P-acetoxybenzenesulfonate sodium had marked activation effect on H 2O 2-bleaching.
