Effect of EDTA Post-Treatment on Brightness Reversion of Pulps

用EDTA对纸浆手抄片进行不同的处理 ,研究处理后手抄片白度稳定性的变化。研究发现 ,EDTA不仅可提高手抄片的白度 ,还可提高其白度稳定性 ;用浓度 0 3 %的EDTA处理纸浆手抄片效果最佳 ,而用 0 5 %的EDTA喷涂立即干燥后手抄片的返黄改善率比停留 30min后再干燥要大 ;用 0 5 %浓度的EDTA处理不同白度的化机浆P RCAPMP手抄片时 ,初始白度越低 。

Brightness stabilization of handsheets with EDTA solution was investigated.Results showed that both brightness and brightness stabilization of the handsheets treated with EDTA solution were improved; the results of treating with EDTA in 0.3% concentration was the best,and the reversion improvement index of the handsheet was bigger when it was sprayed with EDTA in 0.5% concentration and dried immediately than that dried 30min after spraying.The lower of original brightness,the better of the effect when handsheets of P-RC APMP were treated with EDTA in 0.5% concentration.
