151例复发性甲状腺癌的临床分析

The clinical analysis of 151 cases of recurrence thyroid carcinoma

目的 了解影响甲状腺癌复发的因素。方法 对 15 1例复发性甲状腺癌的临床资料进行回顾分析 ,观察可能影响复发的因素。结果 性别、年龄对甲状腺癌的复发无明显的影响 (P>0 .0 5 )。而肿瘤大小 ,病理分型 ,淋巴转移 ,手术方式及术后服药对复发均有影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。是否行颈部淋巴结清扫对复发无影响。结论 对于可能复发的甲状腺癌 ,应采取相应措施尽量减少复发 ,同时也不应盲目扩大手术范围。

Objective To investigate the risk for recurrence thyroid carcinoma.Methods Clinical data of 151 cases of recurrence thyroid carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results Gender and age had no significant influence on the recurrence of thyroid carcinoma,but the tumor size,pathological types,lymph node metastases,surgical procedure and postoperative medication had a influence on the recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion Some methode should be used for thyroid cancer that may recur easily.However,the optional extending operation should not be advised.
