非洛地平缓释片对原发性高血压患者肾脏的保护作用

Protective effects of felodipine sustained-release tablets on the kidney of patients with primary hypertension

目的观察非洛地平缓释片对原发性高血压患者肾脏的保护作用。方法对38例原发性高血压病伴轻度肾功能不全患者予非洛地平缓释片5～10mg/d治疗3个月,观察用药前后血压、血β2-微球蛋白(β2-M)、尿β2-M、尿白蛋白、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌苷(Cr)及肾小球滤过率(GFR)等情况。结果所有患者经治疗后收缩压、舒张压明显下降(P均<0.01),GFR显著升高(P<0.01),尿白蛋白、尿β2-M、血β2-M含量明显减少,BUN、Cr水平明显降低(P均<0.01)。结论非洛地平缓释片对原发性高血压病患者在行有效降压的同时,对肾脏有保护作用。

Objective To evaluate the protective effects of felodipine sustained-release tablets on the kidney of patients with primary hepertension. Methods 38 patients with primary hypertension associated with slight insufficiency of renal function were treated with felodipine sustained-release tablets(5～10mg/d) for 3 months.Before and after treatment, the following indexes: the blood pressure, blood beta 2-Microglobulin(β2-M), urea albumin, urea β2-M, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine(Cr) and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) were observed. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic pressure in all the patients decreased statistically (all P<0.01), GFR increased significantly (P<0.01), the contents of urine albumin, urine β2-M, blood β2-M decreased significantly, BUN and Cr levels decreased significantly (all P<0.01). Conclusion Felodipine sustained-release tablets can effectively lower the blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension, meanwhile it can protect the kidney function.
