低剂量红霉素治疗新生儿喂养困难26例临床效果分析

摘要 目的探讨低剂量红霉素治疗新生儿喂养困难的效果。方法对50例出现喂养困难的新生儿随机分为治疗组26例,对照组24例,两组基础治疗相同,治疗组给予红霉素3~5mg/kg·d-1加入5%或10%葡萄糖液20ml中缓慢静脉滴注7d。观察两组日排便次数、日排便量、残留奶量、日呕吐次数、日腹胀次数。结果治疗组日排便次数、排便量比对照组明显增加(P均<0.01);残留奶量、日呕吐次数以及腹胀次数比对照组明显减少(P均<0.01),且无毒副作用发生。结论低剂量红霉素作为胃动素激动剂,能促进胃肠动力,对新生儿喂养困难有肯定的治疗作用,且安全性好。
