安肠胶囊对慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者黏膜局部免疫细胞的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨安肠胶囊对慢性溃疡性结肠炎 (ulcerativecolitis,UC)黏膜局部免疫细胞的影响。方法 应用兔抗人IgA、兔抗人IgG、兔抗人IgM多克隆抗体及鼠抗人肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶单克隆抗体 ,通过免疫组化技术 ,对 13例UC患者结直肠黏膜标本及 10例正常黏膜进行Ig细胞和肥大细胞密度检测。结果 UC患者黏膜固有层的IgA细胞数量低于正常黏膜 ,IgG细胞和肥大细胞密度均高于正常黏膜 ,经安肠胶囊治疗后 ,IgA细胞的数量较治疗前有所增加(P <0 .0 0 1) ,IgG和肥大细胞下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后IgA细胞、IgG细胞和肥大细胞与正常黏膜相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗前后的IgM细胞数量和正常黏膜相比无显著性差异。结论 结直肠黏膜局部体液免疫细胞 (浆细胞 )亚群的活化与溃疡性结肠炎的活动密切相关 ,安肠胶囊通过对局部IgA 。 Objective It is to discuss the effect of Anchang capsule on mucous membrane local immunity of chronic ulcerous colonitis (UC).Methods The densities of Ig cell and mastocyte (MC) in colon or rectum mucous membrane specimen of 13 UC patients and 10 cases normal mucosa were tested with immunohistochemical technique applying polyclonal antibody (rabbit anti-human IgA, rabbit anti-human IgG and rabbit anti-human IgM) and monoclonal antibody (rat anti-human MC tryptase).Results The IgA cell number in lamina propria of UC patients was less than that of normal mucosa, but the density of IgG cell and MC was more than that of normal mucosa. The IgA cell number after treated with Anchang capsule was more than that before treatment (P<0.001), and the density of IgG cell and MC cells was reduced (P<0.05). The difference between the numbers of IgA cells, IgG cells and MC after treatment and normal mucosa showed no significance (P>0.05). There was no significance difference between the IgM number before or after treatment and normal mucosa.Conclusion The activity of the local humoral immunity cells (plasmacyte) in colon or rectum mucosa is related closely with the UC action. Anchang capsule can cure UC through regulating the number of local IgA, IgG and MC.
