阐述了碳当量为3.7%~3.8%,抗拉强度为350MPa以上灰铸铁的生产措施,通过近200炉次的生产证明,适当提高碳当量,采用高温静置、低合金化及二次孕育,是稳定生产高强度灰铸铁的有效途径.
Measures to guarantee stable production of gray irons with carbon equivalence of 3.7%-3.8%, and strength of more than 350 MPa were described.
