焦炉炭化室结焦传热过程的数学模型及其数值解

摘要 本文阐述的数学模型用于研究炭化室中煤料通过炉墙的热传导。模型中煤/焦的热物理参数取自参考文献,模型用有限差分法通过电子计算机进行数值解,提供了计算机的程序框图。该数学模型可用以探讨装炉煤性质、燃烧室温度、炭化室和炉墙尺寸等变化时焦炉的操作和设计。 The model described in this paper is used to study the heattransfer of coal in the oven chamber through the heating wall, In the model the thermophysical parameters of coal/coke are taken from references literature. With finite difference method, the numerical solution is obtained by electronic computer. The computer block diagram is described. The mathematical model can be used to research both the eperation and design when the properties of coal charge, the temperature of combustion chamber, the si(?)e of oven chamber and wall etc. are variegated.
