摘要
介绍了基于钢制压力容器焊接工艺评定标准JB 4 70 8- 2 0 0 0研究开发的弧焊工艺制定专家系统的知识表达和知识库组织、推理匹配流程和推理实现技术。系统完全采用VisualC ++语言开发 ,其中匹配、递归和回溯等底层推理操作采用Edinburgh大学的CExprC ++类库 ,实现了逻辑推理和用户界面的友好结合 。
The knowledge representation and knowledge-base organization, the flow of matching welding procedure specification and realizing technology for reasoning in the developed expert system for constituting arc welding process based on JB4708-2000, which is a standard of welding procedure qualification for steel pressure vessels, are introduced. The software system is developed by Visual C++ completely, in which the CExper C++ class base being developed by University of Edinburgh is used to realize the base reasoning operations such as matching, recursion and backdating. The logic reasoning and the user interface are combined in the software, and the software system has good practicability.
